Smart Tech Institute respects student and partner confidentiality. We gather admissions and contact details solely to evaluate applications, deliver educational curricula, manage live virtual classes, and provide mentor support.

We do not sell, rent, or trade student records or contact information to unauthorized third-party advertisers. All communications honor international data privacy frameworks.

2. Academic Integrity & Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of their proprietary capstone code and project repositories created during our cohorts. Lecture recordings, course slides, and syllabus documents are proprietary intellectual property of Smart Tech Institute and may not be redistributed without written consent.

3. Virtual Classroom Code of Conduct

Smart Tech Institute fosters an inclusive, safe, and rigorous international learning community. Discriminatory language, harassment, or deliberate disruption of live lectures results in immediate dismissal without refund.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Admitted students may request a 100% tuition refund up to 7 calendar days before the official cohort orientation date. Following orientation and cloud sandbox provisioning, tuition becomes non-refundable due to reserved faculty seating.
